本工作提供了气相色谱法测定工业 SF_6中微量 S_2F_(10)O 的快速、可靠方法.采用自制的 S_2F_(10)O 标准样品,测定了以 H_2为载气时,S_2F_(10)O 相对于 SF_6的重量校正因子为1.11,测量精度优于5%.分别以 He 和 H_2为载气,归一法定量分析样品,结果在15%之内相符.进样压力为1kg/cm~2,进样体积1ml 时,用 He 为载气,S_2F_(10)O 的最小检测限为20ppm(重量浓度),以 H_2为载气,最小检弼限为40ppm.样品分析精度一般优于10%.
This work provided a fast and reliable method for the determination of trace S_2F_ (10) O in industrial SF_6 by gas chromatography.The self-made S_2F_ (10) O standard sample was used to determine the effect of S_2F_ (10) O with respect to The weight correction factor of SF_6 was 1.11 and the measurement accuracy was better than 5% .The samples were quantitatively determined by He and H_2 respectively, and the results were within 15% .The injection pressure was 1 kg / cm ~ 2 When the sample volume is 1ml, the minimum detection limit of S_2F_ (10) O is 20ppm (weight concentration) with He as the carrier gas, and the minimum detection limit is 40ppm with H_2 as the carrier gas.The accuracy of sample analysis is generally better than 10%.
