Indomethacin is a potent inhibitor of endogenous prostaglandin synthesis. In order to observe whether indomethacin has a toxic effect on normal cochlea and to explore the effect on cochlear function when endogenous prostaglandin synthesis is inhibited, 29 experimental guinea pigs were given intravenous infusion of tolerance-tolerance indomethacin (100 mg / kg) The changes of cochlear electrochromic changes were observed within 3 hours after operation. The pathological changes of blood vessels were observed under light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The changes of blood flow in lateral wall of cochlea were detected by bio-microsphere technique and compared with the control group. The experimental results show that the amplitude and inverse of CAP in cochlear electrograms
