The new generation of migrant workers not only alienated the rural areas but also could not find a sense of belonging in the city temporarily. Their special social roles led to the disorderly side of the group’s political participation. Huge groups of billions of people, if they can not achieve the orderly expansion of political participation, will be detrimental to the overall situation of social development and stability. In view of the problem, through the deep analysis of the disorderly political participation of the group, from the perspectives of the historical materialism, this paper proposes the measures to gradually expand the new generation of migrant workers’ orderly political participation from the aspects of government, society and individual.
