The reason why the former Soviet Communist Party went to decline is inseparable from the absence of the majority of party members. The power of the Communist Party in the former Soviet Union is highly concentrated. There is no guarantee for the rights of party members. The majority of party members are on the margins and the status of objects of the organization. They can not activate the vigor and vitality possessed by the party members as their own masters, Function is shrinking. The loss of the awareness of the main body of party members further swayed party members’ basic recognition of the party and its loyalty to the party from the depths of their thinking. The decline of the cospulatory system is precisely the inevitable result of the serious absence of the party’s main body.
