教师的行为既包括外在的言谈举止,也包括内在的品质,所以教师行为指的是教师的一切行为。教师行为这个“软环境”会在潜移默化中对学生的心理健康产生极大的影响,学生对教师有一种天生的信任感,“亲其师,信其道”说的就是这个道理,学生因为信任,就会对教师的行为进行效仿,久而久之就会影响自己人格的形成,因此教师行为逐渐成为全社会共同关注的焦点。本文通过学生“向师性”心理特点的研究,揭示出教师行为对学生心理的影响作用,为全社会的师德建设与教师行为的规范提供理论支持。
