对中小直径薄壁管材在线超声液浸聚焦横波探伤方法进行了详细分析和研究。同时指出了该探伤方法的原理以及探伤操作规范、调整状态和检测结果中存在的一些实际问题。从而提出了ф4mm×0.4mmS.S管(镍基高温合金管)的手动超声液浸线倾斜横波探伤方法。实验结果表明,该方法检测缺陷的回波信号清晰、可辨;检验结果真实、可靠,是超声检测中小直径薄壁管材的有效方法 。
On-line ultrasonic liquid immersion focused shear wave detection method for small and medium-diameter thin-walled tubes was analyzed and studied in detail. At the same time, the principle of the flaw detection method and some practical problems in flaw detection operation regulation, adjustment status and test results are pointed out. Therefore, a manual ultrasonic immersion inclined-wave detection method of ф4mm × 0.4mmS.S tube (nickel base superalloy tube) was proposed. The experimental results show that the echo signal of the method to detect defects is clear and discernable. The test results are true and reliable, and it is an effective method for ultrasonic testing thin-walled tubes with small diameter.
