将由葫芦巴种子 (fenugreekseed)提取的两种物质 (FSA1FSA2 ) ,分别按三个剂量连续 30天饲喂四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型大鼠 ,测定不同时期各组大鼠的血糖水平及存活率 ,并对各血糖值作方差分析和多重比较 ;分别取正常群体和糖尿病鼠的总体均数对各组进行显著性检验 ,结果表明两种提取物的高、中剂量具有降血糖作用 ,但仅能使病鼠血糖处于过渡状态 ,而不能使其完全康复 ;低剂量无降血糖作用 ,且存活率极低
Two kinds of substances (FSA1FSA2) extracted from fenugreek seeds (FSA1FSA2) were fed to alloxan-induced diabetic rats at three doses for 30 consecutive days. The blood glucose level and survival rate of rats in each group at different time points were measured. Each blood glucose level was analyzed by analysis of variance and multiple comparisons; the mean populations of normal and diabetic mice were tested for significance in each group. The results showed that the high and medium doses of the two extracts had hypoglycemic effects, but only caused the disease. Rats’ blood glucose is in a transitional state and cannot be fully recovered; low doses do not have hypoglycemic effects and the survival rate is extremely low
