本文以年型和多年旬相对平均交率为依据，通过对多年平均气温进行订正，生成不同年型下的各旬平均气温，并对各旬平均气温离散生成逐日气温，离散值用多年某日平均气温的总体均方差和（０，１）正态随机数产生。
Based on the relative average annual turnover rate of annual and perennial tenders, the average temperature of each ten-day period under different years is corrected by correcting the multi-year mean temperature, and the daily temperature is generated discretely for each ten-day average temperature. The mean square error of the mean temperature and the (0,1) normal random number are generated.
