1978年以来,我院处理多种原因所致下尿路异物13例,报告并讨论,供基层医疗单位参考。资料分析下尿路异物13例中男8例,女5例,年龄8～35岁,异物种类,发卡3例,缝衣针2例,线绳3例,蚕豆、黄豆各1例,大别针、园珠笔心各1例。8例异物存留在膀胱内,用膀胱镜异物钳取出(其中1例异物为塑料绳,膀胱切开取出);3例存留于前尿道,用止血钳或钩针取出;2例存留于后尿道,1例尿道切开取出,1例将异物推至膀胱内用异物钳取出。
Since 1978, our hospital dealt with a variety of causes of urinary tract foreign body in 13 cases, reported and discussed for the reference of primary medical units. Data analysis of lower urinary tract foreign body in 13 cases, 8 males and 5 females, aged 8 to 35 years old, foreign body types, hair card 3 cases, 2 cases of sewing needles, cord 3 cases, 1 case of beans, beans, , Park ballpoint pen in 1 case each. 8 cases of foreign bodies remained in the bladder, removed with cystoscope (1 case of foreign body was plastic cord, bladder incision removed); 3 cases remained in the anterior urethra, hemostatic forceps or crochet removed; 2 cases remained in the posterior urethra, 1 case of urethral incision removed, 1 case of foreign body into the bladder with foreign body forceps removed.
