自1987年7月我们与上海第九人民医院泌尿科合作,使用上海交通大学研制的JT-ES-WLⅡ型体外震波碎石机治疗肾及输尿管上段结石病人120例,现报道如下。 临床资料 120例病人中男91例,女29例。年龄19～68岁。结石发生于左肾32例(合并积水6例),右肾45例(积水11例)、左输尿上段结石10例(积水2例)、右输尿管上段结石18例(积水7例)、双肾结石15例(合并一侧积水3例)。合计肾结石92例、其中14例曾施行过16次切开取
Since July 1987 we and the Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital urology cooperation, the use of Shanghai Jiao Tong University developed JT-ES-WL Ⅱ type of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of upper ureteral calculi and 120 cases of patients, are reported below. Clinical data 120 patients, 91 males and 29 females. Age 19 ~ 68 years old. Stones occurred in the left kidney in 32 cases (6 cases of hydrocephalus), right kidney in 45 cases (11 cases of water), left upper urinary tract stones in 10 cases (2 cases of water), right upper ureteral stones in 18 cases (water 7 Cases), kidney stones in 15 cases (3 cases of hydrocephalus on one side). Total 92 cases of kidney stones, of which 14 cases had been performed 16 times to take away
