阐述了面向装配的并行设计思想及其在基于UG平台的低压铸造铸模工装CAD系统的实现方法 ,并对变形设计和相关性设计方法进行了研究。应用本系统 ,易于保证工装各部分的关联性 ,有效地防止了装配中可能出现的冲突问题 ,提高了设计效率。
The design idea of assembly-oriented parallelism and its implementation method of low-pressure die-casting mold CAD system based on UG platform are expounded. Deformation design and correlation design method are also studied. Application of the system, easy to ensure the relevance of the various parts of the tool to effectively prevent the possible conflict in the assembly and improve the design efficiency.
