一、立项背景为增强房地产政策决策的科学性,并对政策的实施效果进行评估和分析。项目组在2009年住房和城乡建设部的软科学项目中立项,对房地产市场结构与运作机制进行了全面的研究,并根据研究的成果于2010年完成深圳市房地产市场政策仿真实验室的构建工作。研究成果的应用在一定程度上可避免政策决策失误,有助于促进深圳市房地产市场的平稳健康发展。二、项目简介我国房地产市场政策仿真实验室的构建与开发的成果包括文
