测温热电偶,工作在高温(1000~1300℃)、中温(750~950℃)浴盐介质时,它要承受高温、氧化、腐蚀及渗透的连续作用。中温下,常规使用EU—2热电偶,配套以不锈钢保护管,由于寿命不长,材料的消耗就比较大。高温时,迄今还未解决适应此介质条件,进行长期连续工作的保护管材料。另外,原来适应该测温要求的LB—3热电偶,系稀有金属铂、铑制品,价格昂贵,供应困难。因此,不少工厂至今还在采用误差因素诸多的间接测温方法,而不能很好地控制和保证生产质
