序言《万叶集》中吟咏鸟类的和歌为数众多。其中数量最多的是吟咏“杜鹃”的和歌,总计153首。日本国内的《万叶集》“杜鹃”研究集中在对大伴家持(或其周边歌人)吟咏歌和对表达亡灵意象“杜鹃”吟咏歌的研究上,在“杜鹃”整体意象的考察上则显不足。有限的《万叶集》“杜鹃”整体意象研究中以下问题也较为突出:(1)“杜鹃”吟咏歌数据统计欠缺准确性;(2)对“杜鹃”整体意象的把握存在偏差。国内的《万叶集》研究多通过文本研究探讨《万叶集》与中国、中国文化、中国文学的关系,王(2005)将这类研究统称为对《万叶集》中“中国话语”的研究,对《万叶集》中“杜鹃”等具体物象的研究较为罕见。虽有学者在探
