在制作聚光式太阳灶时,人们通常使用沥青、清漆水泥,虫腔或环氧树脂等作为粘合剂,将小块反射镜片粘贴在抛物面灶壳上,从而制成一个抛物面反射镜。但是,多年来的使用情况表明,采用上述粘合剂,粘结质量较差,往往经过一两年的室外放置后,镜片开始腐蚀变质,反射率逐渐降低。近年来,我们经过多方面的探索试验,研制出醇酸2号粘合剂,经户外暴露试验与人工加速老化试验表明,这种粘合剂具有良好的粘结性能,大大延长了太阳灶镜片的使用寿命。
