法学教育是笔者一直比较关注的问题,因为自己从事的主要工作就是法学教育。从培养法学人才的角度来看,大学法学院教师的首要任务和主要任务就是法学教育。法学教育从广义上讲,包括针对本科、研究生的在校学生的法学教育,也包括社会上非在校成人的法学教育以及在职法律工作者的继续教育。笔者在文章中所谈到的法学研究问题主要是针对在校学生的法学教育。笔者1986年研究生毕业以后,一直在从事法学教育和法学研究工作。这期间,也从事过律师实务(包括诉讼与非讼法律实务),因此对法学教育以及法学教育与法学实践的关系问题有一定的了解,这一经历也有助于笔者对法律实务人才需要的理解。笔者在从事法学教学的过程中也经常与法律实务部门(法院、检察院、律师事务所、公司法务部门、国家行政机关的相关部门等)就法律人才的培养问题进行沟通,听取来自实务部门的意见,因而对法律人才的需求有直接的了解。众所周知,法学教育的主要目标就是要培养具有法律知识、法律技能的法律
