目的:观察黄芪制首乌汤剂对阿霉素大鼠肾病模型生化指标及肾组织的影响,探讨复方及其君药对肾功能的保护作用。方法:建立阿霉素肾病(ADRN)模型,造模成功后将35只大鼠随机分为5组,即空白组、ADRN模型组(模型组)、益肾通络方治疗组(复方组)、复方减君药治疗组(去君药组)、黄芪+制首乌治疗组(君药组),每组7只。治疗组每天分别灌胃益肾通络方复方汤剂(4.58g/kg)、复方去君药汤剂(3.44g/kg)、黄芪+制首乌汤剂(1.14g/kg),空白组和模型组灌胃等量蒸馏水,连续3周后检测大鼠的生化指标和肾组织病理变化。结果:模型组、复方组、去君药组、君药组24h uPro用药前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。用药后,复方组、去君药组、君药组24h uPro、ALB、Scr水平与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);去君药组ALB、Scr、BUN水平及君药组Scr、BUN水平与复方组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);君药组ALB、Scr、BUN水平与去君药组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各治疗组大鼠病理学检查均有一定程度恢复。结论:中药复方及其君药对模型大鼠肾功能有良好的保护作用,君药在复方中不可或缺。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Shouwu decoction of Astragalus on the biochemical parameters and renal tissue of adriamycin-induced nephropathy model in rats, and to explore the protective effect of compound and its monarch on renal function. Methods: Adriamycin nephropathy (ADRN) model was established. 35 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely blank group, ADRN model group (model group), Yishen Tongluo Recipe group (compound group) , Compound subtraction medicine treatment group (to medicine group), astragalus + Shouwu treatment group (medicine group), 7 in each group. The treatment group was given Yishen Tongluo Decoction (4.58g / kg), Fuzhijun Decoction (3.44g / kg), Astragalus + Shouwu Decoction (1.14g / kg) and blank group And the model group was orally administered with the same amount of distilled water, and the biochemical indexes and pathological changes of the kidney were detected 3 weeks later. Results: Compared with the model group, Fufang group, Junjun group and Junji group before and after 24h uPro treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of 24h uPro, ALB, Scr in Fufang group, Junji group and Junji group were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.01, P <0.05) The levels of BUN in serum and the levels of Scr and BUN in monarch group were significantly higher than those in compound group (P <0.01, P <0.05). The levels of ALB, Scr and BUN in monarch group were significantly lower than those in Jun group Statistical significance (P <0.01). Pathological examination of rats in each treatment group had a certain degree of recovery. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine compound and its monarch drug have a good protective effect on the renal function of model rats, and the essential drugs are indispensable in the compound prescription.
