From the concept of drug delivery system (DDS), the purpose is to make the drug enter the target site of lesion and play a role. The drug that enters the lesion must have a corresponding carrier. The target vector can be divided into two types: 1. an immunoreactive mechanism on the target surface, such as a monoclonal antibody liposome; 2. a substance that can physically act on the surface or inside the carrier .
