介绍了一种分离与纯化日本血吸虫3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(GAPDH)的简易方法。通过超速离心、硫酸铰沉淀、DEAE-纤维素(DE-52)柱与SDS-PAGE分离、纯化,获得了电泳纯的日本血吸虫3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶。日本血吸虫具有丰富的GAPDH,SDS-PAGE显示其分子量为37kDa,纯化的日本血吸虫的3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶可用于研制日本血吸虫候选疫苗的研究。
A simple method for the isolation and purification of Schistosoma japonicum glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was introduced. The purified S. japonicum 3-phosphate glyceraldehyde dehydrogenase was isolated by ultracentrifugation, sulphate-hinge precipitation, DEAE-cellulose (DE-52) column and SDS-PAGE. Schistosoma japonicum is rich in GAPDH and its molecular weight is 37 kDa by SDS-PAGE. The purified glycosyl-3-phosphate dehydrogenase from Schistosoma japonicum can be used to study the vaccine against Schistosoma japonicum.
