目的:建立工作场所空气中铍(Be)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钼(Mo)、镉(Cd)、锑(Sb)、钡(Ba)、铊(Tl)和铅(Pb)14种金属及其化合物同时测定的方法。方法:以微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中的金属及其化合物,20 ml 2 mol/L的HNO3溶液作为消解液,电热板上加热消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行分析。结果:整个方法的检出限可以满足测定的要求,精密度0.93%~5.54%,回收率在91.51%~101.9%之间,测定标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确并且灵敏度高,可用于工作场所空气中多种金属及其化合物的同时检测。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the air quality of beryllium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc and molybdenum in the air of workplace. ), Cadmium (Cd), antimony (Sb), barium (Ba), thallium (Tl) and lead (Pb) and their compounds. Methods: The metal and its compounds in the air of the workplace were collected with a microporous membrane. 20 ml of 2 mol / L HNO3 solution was used as a digestion solution. The sample was heated and digested on a hot plate and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) . Results: The detection limit of the whole method could meet the requirements of determination. The precision was 0.93% -5.54% and the recovery was between 91.51% and 101.9%. The analytical results of standard reference materials were satisfactory. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the simultaneous detection of many metals and their compounds in the air of workplace.
