硬质合金刀片材料不仅在车削和铣削中占首要地位,而且越来越多地用于钻扩孔加工。当目前还在大量使用普通高速钢麻花钻时,对于柔性制造系统、加工中心和联动机床上的钻孔刀具提出了更高的要求。这些要求只有采用硬质合金刀片材料才能达到。采用内冷却孔和可换式刀片以及可转位刀片的刀具结构是近年来一项新的发展成果。采用这种结构的刀具可缩短加工时间、延长刀具寿命和提高工艺规程中的切削用量。下面介绍装有硬质合金可换式刀片的各种新型阶梯钻头。
Carbide inserts not only dominate turning and milling, but are also increasingly used for reaming. While the conventional high speed steel twist drills are still being extensively used today, higher demands are placed on drilling tools on flexible manufacturing systems, machining centers and linked machine tools. These requirements can only be achieved with cemented carbide inserts. The use of internal cooling holes and interchangeable blades and indexable inserts of the cutter structure is a new development in recent years. Using this structure of the tool can shorten the processing time, extend tool life and improve the cutting process in the process requirements.
