分析了连铸机驱动辊万向轴连接螺栓松动的原因,并通过对万向轴法兰盘螺栓孔型改造等措施,提高了驱动辊传动的稳定性,减少了螺栓松动的现象。 The reasons for the loosening of the connecting bolt of continuous casting machine driven roller universal shaft were analyzed. The stability of driving roller was improved and the looseness of bolt was reduced through the modification of bolt hole of universal flange.
