以过热蒸汽为传热介质和保护性气体,在热处理温度为150℃、165℃、180℃、195℃、210℃,热处理时间为2h、4h、6h、8h、10h的条件下对日本落叶松木材进行高温热处理,研究日本落叶松木材在不同热处理条件下的颜色变化。结果表明,随着热处理温度升高和热处理时间延长,日本落叶松木材颜色明度值L*降低,红绿色品指数a*和黄蓝色品指数b*降低,与未处理对照材相比,色饱和度差值△C逐渐增加,光泽度Ag*变化不明显,总体色差值△E值增长,与热处理时间相比,热处理温度对日本落叶松木材颜色变化的影响更显著。

Compared with the heat treatment time, the effect of heat treatment temperature on the color change of Japanese larch wood was more significant.
