目前国内满足国Ⅲ排放的商用车主要有废气再循环(EGR)、高压共轨、电控单体泵、电控泵喷嘴等技术路线。不同技术路线的减排原理完全不同,因此对润滑油的影响也就不同。本文以添加同一种柴油机润滑油的2种技术路线(目前市场上应用较多的EGR和高压共轨技术)的国Ⅲ车辆为研究对象,通过行车路试、采样分析,探索不同技术路线的国Ⅲ商用车对柴油机润滑油的影响。
At present, the commercial vehicles that meet the emission requirements of the country Ⅲ mainly include technical routes such as exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), high-pressure common rail, electric-controlled single-unit pump and electric-controlled pump nozzle. Different technology lines completely different emission reduction principles, so the impact on lubricants will be different.
