复式教学有它特殊的规律,其基本特点是一个教师同时教不同年级的几个班学生,要求直接教学与自动作业相搭配、相交替。复式教学可以“节省”教师,解决学校规模小,各年级学生数少的问题,是目前农村教学点普遍采用的一种教学形式。它对于加快普及九年制义务教育的步伐有很重要的现实意义。提高复式教学质量,探讨复式教学方法,势在必行。下面是我在复式教学中的点滴体会。
Compound teaching has its own special law, its basic characteristic is that one teacher can teach several classes of students of different grade at the same time, requiring direct teaching and automatic work matching, alternating. Multiple teaching can “save” teachers, solve the problem of small schools and a small number of students in all grades. It is a commonly used teaching method in rural teaching. It is of great practical significance in accelerating the pace of universal nine-year compulsory education. It is imperative to improve the quality of double teaching and to explore the double teaching methods. Here is my bit of experience in the double teaching.
