学校自评作为一种评估形式倍受研究者的关注。我国中小学学校自评研究大致经历了启动、繁荣和调整三个阶段,研究内容主要涉及学校自评的内涵、内容、组织与实施和问题及对策,呈现多层次、多角度的特点,取得了丰硕成果,但仍存在本土研究缺乏、研究问题不够深刻、研究方法及研究人员较单一和实践指导性不强等问题。我国中小学学校自评研究应在着眼于借鉴的同时,注重本土创新,深化研究核心问题,丰富研究方法,强调行动研究,研究人员多元化,提倡合作研究,强化实践指导性。
School self-assessment as a form of evaluation has drawn much attention from researchers. The study on self-assessment of primary and secondary schools in our country has generally experienced three stages: start-up, prosperity and adjustment. The content of the study mainly involves the connotation, content, organization and implementation, problems and countermeasures of the self-assessment of schools, presenting multi-level and multi-angle characteristics. But there are still some problems such as the lack of local research, the deep research problem, the weak research methodology, the limited research staff and the poor practical guidance. At the same time, the self-assessment of primary and secondary schools in our country should focus on learning from the perspective of local innovation, deepen the study of core issues, enrich research methods, emphasize action research, diversify researchers, promote cooperative research and strengthen practical guidance.
