我矿对MQG1200×1200球磨机进行了两项技术改革,取得了良好效果。 (一)球磨机给矿方式的改革在运转中联合给矿器有一偏心负荷,电流波动大,能耗增加,动球荷不均匀,同时返砂勺头极易磨损,影响运转率和磨矿效率,有必要改革。我矿MQG1200×1200与FLG500的机组配置,原来分级机坡度为14°,排矿流槽坡度17%,返砂流槽坡度40%。前年九月,我矿重新调整了分级机的配置,使球磨机和分级机中心线尽量靠近,分级机坡度为19°,球磨机排矿流槽坡度10%,返砂流槽坡度25%,从而取消了联合给矿器,实现了球磨机自流直接给矿。
