目的:以夏枯草幼苗为材料,研究不同光照强度(100%,42%,20%,10%)对其生长指标和光合特性的影响。方法:不同层数遮阳网处理夏枯草幼苗,测定相关指标,结合方差统计方法进行分析比较。结果:随着光照强度的减弱,植株茎杆变细,叶片变长,并以42%全光照条件下的株高与净生长量最大;叶绿素a,叶绿素b,叶绿素(a+b),类胡萝卜素均随光强的减弱而增加,叶绿素a/b随光强减弱而减弱;净光合速率,蒸腾速率随光强减弱而减弱,胞间CO2浓度随光强减弱而增加,气孔导度先下降在10%全光照下又升高。结论:夏枯草幼苗对不同的光照强度有不同的适应性和较高的利用率,在42%光照条件下生长最好,适度遮阴更能促进夏枯草幼苗营养生长。
Objective: To study the effects of different light intensities (100%, 42%, 20%, 10%) on the growth index and photosynthetic characteristics of Prunella vulgaris seedlings. Methods: Different levels of shading net prunella seedlings, determination of relevant indicators, combined with statistical methods of variance analysis and comparison. Results: With the decrease of light intensity, the plant stems became thinner and the leaves became longer. Under the condition of 42% total light intensity, the plant height and net growth were the largest. Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a + b) Carotenoids increased with the decrease of light intensity and chlorophyll a / b decreased with the decrease of light intensity. The net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased with the decrease of light intensity, while the intercellular CO2 concentration increased with the decrease of light intensity. Decline in 10% full light and then rise. CONCLUSION: Prunella vulgaris seedlings have different adaptability and higher utilization rate to different light intensities, and they grow best under 42% light condition. Proper shading can promote vegetative growth of Prunella vulgaris seedlings.
