以宁德师专三个年级学生中的1267人为对象,采用症状自评量表SCL90测试、文献综述、访谈等方法进行研究,结果显示,宁德师专学生群体的心理卫生问题比普通群体明显,主要表现在学习环境、人际关系、交友、考试焦虑症、家庭因素等方面皆有程度不同的心理障碍,有少部分学生的心理痛苦已达到中等以上的程度。每一个教育工作者都要帮助他们建立正确的角色认知,挖掘潜能,学会学习,学会调控情绪,学会交往,建立良好的人际关系。
Taking 1267 of the three grade students in Ningde Teachers College as the object, the self-rating Symptom Scale SCL90 test, literature review and interview were used to study. The results showed that the psychological health problems of Ningde Teachers’ College were more obvious than the general population, Performance in the learning environment, interpersonal relationships, friends, test anxiety, family factors have different levels of psychological disorders, a small number of students psychological pain has reached more than moderate level. Every educator should help them to establish the correct role cognition, tap the potential, learn to learn, learn to control emotions, learn to interact, and establish good relationships.
