在联盟组织知识共享的过程中,共享主体进行知识共享的内在意愿、共享能力与异质性等因素对共享效率有着重要影响。要使联盟成员积极参与知识共享并取得良好成效,需要建立有利于知识共享的制度架构,激励成员知识共享的内在动机,监控和约束机会主义行为,同时需要依赖于价值、文化和目标的内化去鼓励成员合作,降低成员异质性的不利影响。
