试验以鸭梨和雪花梨为试材,采用液体培养法及荧光显微镜法研究了植物生长调节物质对梨花粉萌发的影响。结果表明,离体条件下,较低浓度的硼酸和赤霉素能促进花粉萌发,而超过一定浓度时却起到抑制作用,最适宜鸭梨和雪花梨花粉萌发的硼酸浓度为30mg/L,赤霉素浓度为300mg/L;实体授粉结果表明,较低浓度的硼酸和赤霉素能促进花粉萌发,而超过一定浓度时却起到抑制作用,最适宜梨花粉萌发的硼酸浓度为50mg/L,赤霉素浓度为500mg/L。
In the experiment, pear and snow pear were used as materials to study the effects of plant growth regulators on pear pollen germination by liquid culture and fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that the lower concentration of boric acid and gibberellin could promote the germination of pollen, while the concentration of boric acid and gibberellic acid could inhibit the pollen germination at more than a certain concentration. The most suitable concentration of boric acid was 30mg / L for pollen germination of Yali pear and Xuehua pear, Gibberellin concentration of 300mg / L; pollination results show that the lower concentration of boric acid and gibberellin can promote pollen germination, and more than a certain concentration but it has an inhibitory effect, the most suitable pear pollen germination of boric acid concentration of 50mg / L, gibberellin concentration of 500mg / L.
