点云质量是结构光三维测量系统中一个非常重要的部分,通过对单片点云的精度和点云拼接的效果两个方面对点云质量进行评价。首先由相片的参数和标定板上标志点的像点坐标计算出标志点的三维坐标,与重构出的点云进行比较计算空间点精度;通过对标定板进行重构进行平面度误差分析;再将各片点云用专业的拼接检测软件进行拼接,生成误差和精度报告。反复实验表明,采用PHOTOSCANSHOP结构光三维测量系统获取的单片点云有较小的误差,整体拼接能达到较好的效果。
Point cloud quality is a very important part of structured light three-dimensional measurement system. The quality of point cloud is evaluated through the accuracy of single-point cloud and the effect of point cloud splicing. First, the three-dimensional coordinates of the marker points are calculated by the parameters of the photos and the image point coordinates of the marker points on the calibration plate, and compared with the reconstructed point cloud to calculate the spatial point precision; the planarity error analysis is performed by reconstructing the calibration plate; Then each piece of cloud stitching with professional splicing detection software to generate error and accuracy reports. Repeated experiments show that using PHOTOSCANSHOP structured light three-dimensional measurement system to obtain a single point cloud with less error, the overall splicing can achieve better results.
