By constructing the concept of “de-embedding-re-embedding” which is both analytical and explanatory, along the process of individualization of the new generation of female migrant workers, this paper attempts to re-embed Two aspects explain the connotation of this model and use it as a framework to analyze the risk predicament of the new generation of female migrant workers. Under this model, the new generation of female migrant workers suffered institutional de-embedding in the cities, so they had to return to the beginning of traditionalization - traditional families and communities. In this process, it suffers from individualized dilemmas under the two imbalances of embedding and re-embedding of traditional family life. The dilemma is manifested in the uneven distribution of resources and the contradiction between the new concept of individual life and the traditional family. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of re-embedding in this mode.
