一、引言 铁基非晶材料是一种性能良好的软磁材料,它具有高的磁饱和B_s,低的损耗,且原料来源广,价格便宜。几年来发展很快。目前铁基非晶合金的损耗约为晶态3%硅钢的1/10,作为潜在的节能材料是十分诱人的,但这个数值距理论值还相差很远(理论上应低100倍左右),为了进一步提高铁基非晶材料的性能、降低损耗,控制好晶化转变过程的工艺是很重要的。结晶度就是控制这一工艺的一个重要参数,它对材料的性能影响很大。
