DKK1是Wnt经典信号通路的重要抑制剂,主要通过与低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白5/6(low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein5/6,LRP5/LRP6)受体及Kremen-1/2结合成复合物而阻断Wnt信号传导。DKK1基因参与胚胎发育、成骨分化等过程,与口腔多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近年来,DKK1基因多态性的研究成为热点,目前已发现其多态性位点与先天性缺牙有相关性。文章就近年来关于DKK1基因及其基因多态性与口腔疾病的关系研究进展做一综述,为进一步研究DKK1基因在口腔疾病发生、发展中的作用提供理论依据。
DKK1 is an important inhibitor of Wnt signaling pathway mainly through binding to low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5/6 (LRP5 / LRP6) receptor and Kremen-1/2 Complex and block Wnt signaling. DKK1 gene involved in embryonic development, osteogenic differentiation process, and a variety of oral diseases are closely related to the occurrence and development. In recent years, DKK1 gene polymorphism research has become a hot spot, it has been found that the polymorphism sites and congenital edentulous correlation. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress of the relationship between DKK1 gene and its gene polymorphism and oral diseases in recent years, and provided a theoretical basis for further study on the role of DKK1 gene in the occurrence and development of oral diseases.
