Past research suggests that: AIDS patients survival time with the earliest diagnosis associated with disease. However, only a few articles have described the survival time of AIDS patients, so the evaluation of this subject is subject to certain restrictions. To this end, the authors prospectively tracked 4323 AIDS patients from July 1981 to December 31, 1987 in San Francisco, California. As of December 31, 1988, there were 3,229 deaths, with a case fatality rate of 74.7 (?) And 656 surviving, accounting for 15.2%. Another about 10 (?) People lost. The median survival time for all patients was 12.5 months. The three-year survival rate was 8.7%, the five-year survival rate was 3.4%, the patients with the longest survival age group were 20-39 years old, and the male patients survived longer than the women but no racial differences. All patients observed between 1981 and 1986 had comparable survival but had significantly longer survival times in 1986 and 1987
