目的:观察龙牙楤木总皂苷对缺血再灌注损伤心肌炎症因子ICAM-1表达及SOD的影响。方法:可逆性冠脉左前降支结扎缺血45min再灌注6h复制MI/R模型,Wistar雄性大鼠30只,随机分成模型组、龙牙楤木组、波立维组,每组10只。HE染色观察心肌病理学变化,测定心肌SOD活性,ELISA法测定血清sICAM-1的表达。结果:与模型组比较,龙牙楤木总皂苷、波立维均能显著降低缺血再灌注大鼠血清LDH含量,显著升高SOD的活性,缺血45min再灌注6h血清sICAM-1有明显表达,各组之间无统计学差异。结论:龙牙楤木总皂苷对MI/R有保护作用,可能是通过增加SOD的活力,对抗氧自由基对心肌细胞的毒害作用,减轻心肌细胞的损伤而实现的。
Objective: To observe the effects of total saponins of Aralia elata on myocardial ICAM-1 expression and SOD activity during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: MI / R model was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery of the coronary arteries 45min after ischemia and 6h after reperfusion. 30 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into model group, Aralia elata group and Pollycin group, with 10 rats in each group. The pathological changes of myocardium were observed by HE staining. The activity of SOD in myocardium was measured. The expression of sICAM-1 in serum was detected by ELISA. Results: Compared with the model group, the total saponin of Aralia elata and Placenta significantly reduced serum LDH levels and significantly increased the activity of SOD in the ischemia / reperfusion rats, and significantly increased the expression of sICAM-1 There was no significant difference between groups. Conclusion: The saponins of Aralia elata have protective effect on MI / R, which may be achieved through increasing the activity of SOD, antagonizing the poisoning effect of oxygen free radicals on myocardial cells and reducing the damage of cardiomyocytes.
