作者采用4种技术分析了11例假性弹力纤维黄色瘤(PXE)病人的真皮及血清中一些微量元素。研究结果:1.电子探针 X 线显微分析(electronmicroscopic point X-ray microanalysis)发现,7例组织学表现为弹力纤维变性的真皮组织标本中,有2例表现出铝含量显著增高。在弹力纤维变性早期,仅有少量钙存在,在病变充分发展后的阶段,可以发现大量钙和磷、铁、钴、锰和锌含量极少。2.电耦合等电子体原子发射分光光度分析发现病变真皮有大量铝、钙、磷沉积,其它元素正常。对照组真皮未发现铝沉积。3.X 线衍射分析发现羟磷灰石样物质存在,表明大多数钙以晶体形式存在。4.原子吸收分光光度分析发现所有 PXE患者血清均有高浓度铝。
The authors used four techniques to analyze the presence of trace elements in the dermis and serum of 11 patients with pseudo-fibroid xanthomas (PXE). Results: 1. Electromicroscopic point X-ray microanalysis revealed that in the seven dermis samples with histological findings of elastic fibrosis, two cases showed a significant increase of aluminum content. In the early stages of elastic fibrosis, only a small amount of calcium is present, and large amounts of calcium and phosphorus can be found at very late stages of development, with very little iron, cobalt, manganese and zinc. Electron-coupled electron isomerism atomic emission spectrophotometry found that the lesion dermis has a lot of aluminum, calcium and phosphorus deposition, other elements are normal. Aluminum deposition was not found in the control dermis. 3.X-ray diffraction analysis found that hydroxyapatite-like substance, indicating that most of the calcium in the crystal form. 4. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry found that all patients with PXE serum high concentrations of aluminum.
