农用运输车的概念出现在我国历史上是在20世纪70年代末80年代初。当时国家刚刚改革开放,农村的生产力开始以极大的热情迸发出来,农民对运输工具的需求也随之大增。但是,由于当时的轻卡种类单一,价格却不菲,轻卡企业也没有把目光转向广袤的农村市场,这就造成需求与供给的严重脱节。然而,只要有需求,迟早会有市场反应。一大批农用运输车企业应运而生,但市场很不规范,这些企业中有自己造车的,也有用报废的北京130拼装的。
