目的:为进一步研究和开发毛蚶提供参考。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,从研究方法和研究内容等方面对毛蚶生物活性成分的研究现状进行分析和总结。结果:毛蚶生物活性成分方面的研究主要是针对其粗提物及大分子物质进行活性评价,大分子物质以多糖和多肽为主,药理活性主要集中在抗肿瘤和免疫调节活性等方面。结论:为了更好的研究毛蚶的生物活性成分,应加强对毛蚶水提物特别是有效单体成分的进一步研究;同时,还应进行毛蚶中小分子次生代谢产物的研究。
Objective: To provide reference for further research and development of hairy millet. Methods: The related literatures at home and abroad were consulted, and the research status of bioactive constituents from Maoji was analyzed and summarized from the aspects of research methods and research contents. Results: The research on bioactive constituents was mainly aimed at the activity evaluation of crude extracts and macromolecules, polysaccharides and peptides were the major macromolecules, and the pharmacological activities were mainly focused on anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activity. Conclusion: In order to better study the bioactive constituents, it is necessary to further study on the components of water extract, especially the effective monomer, and to study the secondary metabolites of the middle and small molecules of the catfish.
