二十载风吹日晒,二十载雪打雨淋;二十载默默守候,二十载执著坚守。延庆县市政供暖所抢修队队长杨根柱,一名普通的供暖职工,用20年的青春努力推进节能减排工作,净化着县城环境,温暖着全县人民的心。20年里,杨根柱先后荣获北京市政管理委员会先进工作者称号、延庆县节能减排先进工作者称号、延庆县生态文明积极分子称号、延庆县五一劳动奖章称号。
