一、直观动作示范的需要案例:水平三肩肘倒立同题异构课,一位教师主要通过挂图来讲动作方法,动作缺欠完整性和连续性;另一位教师主要以边示范边讲解、巡回指导示范和正误示范等方法进行示范教学,期间还引来学生数次自发的掌声。笔者观察发现后者的课,学生技能掌握情况要明显好于前者。分析:时下很多体育教师在讲解示范时过多依赖挂图或视频等媒介,造成这一现象主要有两方面原因:一是主观上认为这些媒介可以代替教师本身的动作示范;二是担心技能和体能退化,怕在学生面前
