1.适时收获,及时干燥。油菜种子收获以在花薹上角果有70%～80%呈现黄色时为宜。太早嫩籽多,水分高,不易脱粒,内容欠充实,较难贮藏;太迟则角果容易爆裂,子粒散落,造成损失。脱粒后要及时干燥,晒干后须经摊晾冷却才可进仓,以防种子堆内部温度过高,发生干热现象(即油菜种子因闷热而引起脂肪分解,增加酸度,降低出油率)。
