探讨工作要求与员工职业幸福感之间的关系,以及恢复体验在两者之间的多重中介作用,对安徽省、浙江省的私营企业员工进行问卷调查,得出的分析结论是:经过恢复体验后,工作要求对员工职业幸福感有负向预测作用;心理脱离在工作要求与职业幸福感关系之间起部分中介作用;放松体验在工作要求与职业幸福感关系之间起部分中介作用;工作要求对掌控体验、控制体验有负向预测作用。
Exploring the relationship between job requirements and employee’s professional well-being and the multiple intermediary role of recovery experience between the two, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on private enterprise employees in Anhui Province and Zhejiang Province. The conclusion drawn is that after recovery experience Job requirements have negative predictive effects on employees’ professional well-being; psychological disengagement plays a partial mediating role between job requirements and professional well-being; relaxation experiences play a part-mediated role in the relationship between job requirements and professional well-being; Requires the control of experience, control experience has a negative predictive effect.
