对部分中小学教师聘任制认知的调查结果显示:教师聘任制总体认知和心理安全认知水平不高,仅达积极性认知范畴的低限;教师权益认知水平较低,介于积极性和消极性认知之间;教师发展认知水平一般,略高于积极性认知范畴的低限;教师聘任制总体认知、权益认知和发展认知在学校类型、学校等级和学历等方面都存在显著差异;教师权益认知在职务方面差异显著;心理安全认知在学校等级上差异显著。
