前些年学校在初三年级开设了一个加强班,班上学生的各科考试都不合格,而且这些学生普遍调皮、多动,纪律差。我很“荣幸”地被派去教他们语文。我暗中诅咒,但责任心又促使我硬着头皮教下去。谁知一年多时间,我逐渐摸索出一套引导差生学会学习的“三不”法,成为我教学实践中的一笔财富。
In previous years, the school opened an intensified class in the third grade. The students in the class were not qualified in all subjects, and these students were generally naughty, hyperactive, and had poor discipline. I was “honoured” to be sent to teach them languages. I cursed secretly, but my sense of responsibility prompted me to put my head down. Who knows more than a year, I gradually explored a set of “three noes” methods that lead students to learn to learn, and became a fortune in my teaching practice.
