10MoWVNb钢是根据氨合成塔中置式锅炉及石油加氢设备等的使用条件,结合我国资源情况试制成功的新钢种。在低碳钢中配加少量强碳化物元素—Nb、Mo、W和V,形成弥散的碳化物,分布在铁素体的基体上,发挥弥散强化作用,从而提高了钢的常温和高温机械性能和抗氢、氮、氨腐蚀能力。本钢种经模拟腐蚀试验。工业性挂片和实物使用后的解剖试验,证明适用于化肥和石油工业的高温、高压、抗氢、氮、氨和抗氢设备系统,其耐腐蚀性能优于或相当于一般铬钼钢。
