通过实验研究了燃用生物柴油对电喷高压共轨柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放性的影响。结果表明,生物柴油B100和B20均可以有效降低PM、HC、CO和烟度排放,但是动力性下降、油耗率上升、NOx排放有明显增加;与柴油相比生物柴油B100的PM和DS(干碳烟)排放分别降低50%~70%、80%~85%,B20的PM和DS排放分别降低25%~35%、30%~40%。生物柴油B100和B20的NOx排放相比柴油上升5%~20%。
The effects of using biodiesel on the dynamic, economical and emission characteristics of EFI high pressure common rail diesel engine were experimentally studied. The results showed that Biodiesel B100 and B20 could effectively reduce PM, HC, CO and smoke emissions, but the power decreased, the fuel consumption increased and the NOx emission increased obviously. Compared with diesel, the PM and DS of dry diesel B100 Soot emissions were reduced by 50% -70% and 80% -85%, respectively. PM and DS emissions of B20 were reduced by 25% -35% and 30% -40%, respectively. Biodiesel B100 and B20 NOx emissions increased by 5% to 20% compared to diesel.
