随着社会经济的发展,我国的教育也处于不断的变革中,高等教育逐渐实现大众化,对于幼儿园教学老师的学历要求也是越来越高。目前我国主要的幼儿教学师资培养基地主要是各高职高专院校中的学前教育专业。但是发现在对幼儿教师师资学历提升的时候,却存在一个突出的问题,那就是高学历底能力的问题,幼儿教学老师的教学技能亟待提高。因此,本文主要针对高职院校学前教育专业学生艺术教育技能的培养进行分析,以期为相关研究人员提供有益的参考价值。
With the development of society and economy, the education of our country is also under constant change. The higher education is gradually popularized, and the qualifications of kindergarten teaching teachers are also getting higher and higher. At present, the main teacher education base for preschool education in our country is mainly pre-school education in all higher vocational colleges and universities. However, it has been found that there is a prominent problem in the education of kindergarten teachers, that is, the problem of high academic attainment and the teaching skills of kindergarten teaching teachers need to be improved urgently. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the cultivation of art education skills for pre-primary students in higher vocational colleges with a view to providing relevant researchers with useful reference value.
