为寻找有效的齿轮故障诊断法,建立了以微机为主体的频谱诊断系统,对C616A—1 精密车床主轴箱振动进行故障诊断。分析了齿轮啮合的调制边频特点和结构,提出了用细化谱及倒频谱分析法两者相结合来对诊断系统的输出信号进行频谱分析,得到了相当满意的结果。这为齿轮状态监测与故障诊断提供了有效的工具
In order to find an effective gear fault diagnosis method, a computer-based spectrum diagnosis system is established to diagnose the vibration of the C616A-1 precision lathe headstock. The characteristics and structure of the modulation side frequency of gear meshing are analyzed, and the spectral analysis of the output signal of the diagnostic system is proposed by using the combination of thinning spectrum and cepstrum analysis, and the satisfactory results are obtained. This provides an effective tool for gear condition monitoring and troubleshooting
